Users are strictly prohibited from using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, or identity-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.

4. Smart Contract & Software Execution Risk

OronFi operates on autonomous smart contracts built on Compound III (Comet) architecture deployed on Robinhood Chain Mainnet. While underlying contracts inherit audited open-source codebases, experimental software code and blockchain smart contracts carry risk of software bugs, unexpected execution behavior, network congestion, or hard forks. Users interact with smart contracts at their own risk.

5. Oracle & Price Feed Dependability

OronFi relies on decentralized Chainlink oracle price feeds to evaluate collateral values, borrow limits, and liquidation events for tokenized stocks and base assets. In the event of extreme market volatility, oracle delays, flash loan manipulation, or network disruption, position health factors may fluctuate rapidly, leading to automated liquidations.

6. Tokenized Asset Exposure & Market Volatility

Tokenized stock collateral assets represent synthetic or tokenized wrapped claims. Prices of underlying equities fluctuate during traditional stock market trading hours and extended trading sessions. Users must monitor their health factors continuously to prevent collateral liquidations.
